PAINTING

We undertake a wide range of work.

- EQ repairs. We are able to liase the trades to take the hassles off you and work with you to achieve your time frames.

- Insurance work.

SSDM also undertakes insurance work with a number a builders including maintenance contracts with HNZC & CYF. No job is too small.

Our Quality Assurance Overseer ensures the Project Manager (be it the builder or the owner) is kept informed of where the work is at, & ensures the work flow is running smoothly.
Once the job is complete, he walks through with the owner & builder to ensure everything is to their satisfaction.

Our Health & Safety Officer is an Advanced Site safe passport holder and reviews & monitors all our sites weekly (more often when necessary)
All our staff & sub-contractors are Site Safe and with three Advanced Site Safe Passport holders to ensure all the necessary site documentation is well prepared, we ensure you and your work site are in safe hands.
